- Emotional distress
- Stress and anxiety – medication alone does not provide the assistance in understanding thoughts, relationship issues and other problems associated with the stress and anxiety.
- Other associated issues present such as grief and loss, relationship issues, physical and sexual abuse or other trauma.
Therapy proceeds at the client’s pace understanding the individual’s own specific coping skills. Verbal discussions, music processes and other creative forms contribute in a meaningful way and are used to assist in this therapeutic process.
